在这项研究中，利用国家天文台兴隆观测基地2.16米望远镜上的窄带滤光片，中国科学院大学等单位的科研人员，让普通的地面望远镜也能高效捕捉到双星系统相互环绕“跳舞”时的速度变化，来自该台、科研人员通过数值模拟和实际观测验证了“重瞳”测速系统的有效性。成功研发出一项新天文观测技术——“重瞳”测速系统。开展双星普查提供了全新工具。

记者5日从中国科学院国家天文台获悉，该系统巧妙地使用一对特殊滤镜，
